Development status

Botanica is about seamless transitions where residents can enjoy the bountiful luxury Botanica offers while appreciating the advanced technologies that bring new levels of sustainable living. It comprises of bespoke residence in an exclusive, secure estate in the heart of Upper Constantia. Construction of the 1st dwelling ARCA commenced in May 2022 and is due to be completed during the 3rd quarter of 2023 with the Gatehouse, perimeter and common landscaping. The balance of the residences will commence in 2023 aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

Azul is a high-end apartment development situated on the Bloubergstrand coastline with panoramic views across Table Bay. The project brief is to construct a new residential apartment block comprising a parking level and five levels of apartments. All the necessary statutory approvals from the City of Cape are in place to enable construction to commence in January 2023. The general construction sequencing will initially involve foundation work in January 2023, followed by construction works due for completion by the end of 2023.

Devonbosch

Devonbosch is a true mixed-use urban development in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands. It will be home to modern duplexes, apartments, penthouses, offices, and retail spaces.

Commercial

Buildings A5 & A6 (Brickfields) continue the commercial and retail space theme along Alberto Drive. Building A5 will be a three-storey building with retail opportunities on the ground floor and commercial space on the upper floors. Building A6 will be a two-storey studio- type commercial space. Construction should start in January 2023, with completion scheduled for the end of September 2023.

The Piazza, Building E consists of retail spaces on the ground floor. The three stories of residential units are an integral part of The Piazza development, with the north facade fronting the high street, Alberto Drive. Construction will start in January 2023, with occupation scheduled for mid-December 2023.
